Details

All services will be cancelled when typhoon signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted in Hong Kong, and will gradually resume normal operations two hours after the signal is lifted.

Passengers whose trips were cancelled due to adverse weather are advised to reply to the ticket email to request a refund within 48 hours after the scheduled departure.
